ACRYLIC is a transparent material with outstanding strength, stiffness and optical clarity. Acrylic is widely used for: Retail store fixtures, Point-of-purchase Displays, Indoor and Outdoor signs. Acrylic is also known as Acrylite, Plexi, Plexiglas and Lucite. Acrylic is available in many colors, florescents, patterns and edge finishes such as edge lit.
EXPANDED PVC is lightweight, yet rigid, tough and versatile enough for many of today’s applications. Expanded PVC, also known as Sintra, Celtic or Komatex, is an excellent choice for Point-of-purchase Displays, Screen Printing, Painting, Vinyl lettering and Forming projects. It can be used for interior applications as well as limited exterior applications.
HDPE is resistant to abrasion, chemicals, stress-cracking and water/saltwater. Available in natural and black, it is a popular choice for Cutting Boards, Boat Parts, Containers and in Laboratory applications.
MUSTANG material is the perfect alternative to Polycarbonate. Mustang material is exceptionally tough, with strength comparable to Polycarbonate, ½ the weight of glass, temperature resistant, weather resistant, thermoformable and has exceptional clarity. With its proven UV protective layer, it is recommended for Indoor and/or Outdoor Applications including Signage, Fixtures, Displays and Skylights.
PETG is a transparent sheet material with outstanding thermoformability and good impact resistance. PETG is an excellent choice for applications that require: Durability, Deep draw thermoforming, Clarity. You will find PETG widely used for PETG sign holders, PETG dispensers and PETG displays in high-traffic areas.
POLYCARBONATE, also known as Makrolon, is available in many grades, colors and textures. Grades include: abrasion resistant, bullet resistant, FDA compliant, flame inhibiting, glass filled, sign and UV resistant. Polycarbonate is perfect for Machine Guards, Indoor/Outdoor Signs, Face Shields, Skylights, protective covers and displays. It is an excellent choice for applications where there is a potential for glass breakage such as schools, public buildings, transportation centers and in areas where high traffic and vandalism are present.
